Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. The Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement for a Linkloader and Fishbowl apps renewal for the Systems Readiness (SRD) Directorate. This is a Sole Source for Fishbowl Linkloader in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. USI electronics, Fishbowl Solutions, Inc. is the only source for software for Linkloaders for change management and security label objects that provides users with industry leading tools to create technical content that can be reused across all channels of product and technical documentation. These tools can be used independently or together, to maximize worker productivity and information value by creating reusable, component-based content to ensure higher quality product information in less time. No solicitation documents exist at this time. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
