This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9124P-20-T-5496 is issued as a request for quote. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. This is a Small Business Set Aside utilizing NAICS 334111 with the small business size standard of 1250 number of employees. Please see attachment for Line items, quantities, and units of measure. This will be FOB Destination with all items delivered, inspected and accepted at Redstone Arsenal 60 days after receipt of order. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to this provision. In accordance with 52.212-2(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
