THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) has a sole source requirement to purchase Data Acquisition (DAQ) Hardware and Test Equipment for the Modernized Flexible Engine Diagnostics System (MFEDS). The DAQ Hardware is used to send and receive data on the T700-701C/D and T55-GA714 turbine engines. This is an unclassified system. This is a sole source with National Instruments. IAW 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action utilizes North American Industry Classificaiton System (NAICS) code 334118. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
