The Technology Deveopement Directorate (TDD) , Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement for a Tecplot Software Licenses. This is a Sole Source with Tecplot. IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15), Tecplot is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement for an administrator's license of the Tecplot software packages (a/k/a Network license). Tecplot 360 provides post processing for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations. The software handles large data sets, automates workflow, and helps visualize parametric results No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 513210. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Phone calls will not be accepted. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
