THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The Aviation and Missile Command (AvMC) has a sole source requirement to renew a subscription for “Metadata” license to support maintenance for Information Handling Services (IHS) to an IHS identified server made accessible for specified users. This is a Sole Source with IHS Global Inc. IAW 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(III)(b) – IHS Global Inc. is the only source capable of providing this proprietary software. No solicitation documents exist at this time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 511210 and the Small Business size standard is $41.5 million based on the U.S. Small Business Administration, Table of Small Business Size Standards. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice.
