THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The Manufacturing Science and Technology, Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) of the Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) requests approval to award a new firm-fixed-price contract for a one-year subscription renewal, plus one option year. This is a Sole Source with Total Parts Plus, Inc. IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15), Total Parts Plus, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement of the Total Parts Plus (TPP) Obsolescence Management Tool. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
