This notice of intent is not a request for competitive Quotes. However, all interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. The Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement for a Femap with NX Nastran Software Maintenance and Support Renewal for the Systems Readiness Directorate. This is a Sole Source with Structural Design and Analysis, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1). Structural Design and Analysis, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement of the Femap with NX Nastran Software Maintenance and Support Renewal. Femap with NX Nastran software is used to model complex products, systems and processes to include Army rotorcraft and fixed wing platforms and is used to support all aviation platforms. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
