THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement to renew the annual subscription for the Real-Time Innovations Software Maintenance Renewal and Support. This is a Sole Source with Real-Time Innovations, Inc. IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15), Real-Time Innovations, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement to provide the annual renewal of the RTI Software Maintenance Renewal and Support. The subscription renewal is a software suite of tools used to support the hardware in the loop (HIL) Aviation System Integration Lab (ANVSIL) flight simulators. The software allows continuous access to real-time simulators. No solicitation documents exist at this time. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
