The Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement for a Integrated Flight Control and Handiling Analysis Software Package Maintenance for the Systems Readiness Directorate. This is a Sole Source with San Jose State University Research Foundation. IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15), San Jose State University Research Foundation is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement of the Integrated Flight Control and Handiling Analysis Software Package Maintenance. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
