THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement for the SirsiDynix software annual maintenance is required to supports the Redstone Scientific Information Centers (RSIC) Integrated Library system. This is a Sole Source with SirsiDynix software. IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15),. There is only one source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement of the the SirsiDynix software renewal is needed to continue the use and maintenance of SirsiDynix. The software has been in use for the past five years providing the required library operation components for circulation, user management, cataloging and electronic document security. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210.IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
