This is a non-personal services contract to provide Installation Support Services to the US Army Garrison-Redstone (USAG-R) and USAG-R tenants. The mission of the US Army Garrison-Redstone Command (USAG-Redstone), US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) is to provide a wide range of Installation Support Services (ISS) to the US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) and Program Executive Offices (PEOs), as well as tenant and satellite offices such as the George C. Marshall Space Flight Center, US Army Medical Department Activity, US Army Dental Activity, US Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Support Group, Army Information Processing Center-Huntsville, US Army Space and Missile Defense Command, and the Missile and Space Intelligence Center; all of which are located on Redstone Arsenal, Alabama or in the Huntsville, Alabama area. Services that will be required are maintenance of equipment and facilities, operations and maintenance of utility systems, supply operations, transportation, and administration are essential to support the mission areas of USAG-Redstone and its tenant/satellite offices. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) documents. This Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) seeks capabilities statements to ascertain the level of interest of potential vendors desiring to contract for maintenance of equipment, facilities, operations, maintenance of utility systems, supply operations, transportation and administration to support the mission areas of USAG-Redstone and its tenant/satellite office. Capabilities statements limited to only two pages describing the following; 1) Status of facilities clearance or plans to obtain before July 2020. 2) Describe experience with Facilities Preventative Maintenance Plans including experience, scope and dollar value.
