NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT with Synopsys Software Integrity Group in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for the commercial purchase of the Coverty Cyber Security Software License. This is a sole source with Synopsys Software Integrity Group under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote W9124P-20-T-6690. In accordance with FAR 6.301-2 "Only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements." Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for the purpose of determining whetehr to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for the notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. Synopsys Software Integrity Group is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement for the security software.
