This has been prepared pursuant to subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This constitutes the only solicitation, proposal being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. This RFQ is issued on a sole source basis to Bohemia Interactive Simulations, Inc. under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
