NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- The Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED) of AvMC intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Objective Interface Systems, Inc. at 220 Spring Street, Herndon, VA 20170-6201 (Cage Code: 0VF73) for the purchase of Orb Express software under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 511210 and the Small Business size standard is $41 million based on the U.S. Small Business Administration, Table of Small Business Size Standards. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source Has Been Identified As Reasonably Available To Provide The Supplies That Will Satisfy The Agency Requirements.
