NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. ACC-RSA intends to solicit and award a sole-source contract (FAR 6.302-1) to Imaginestics LLC (only one responsible source) for the commercial purchase of the Imaginestics VizSeek OCR software. This is a sole source with Imaginestics LLC under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W9124P-20-T-2733. In accordance with FAR 6.301-2 "Only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements." Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for the notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Imaginestics LLC. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement for the Imaginestics VizSeek OCR software. The Imaginestics VizSeek OCR software supports t Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC), Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) program. Requirement is as follows: Imaginestics VizSeek OCR software to support the Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
