The proposed new contract is to obtain a renewal to the customized unit price book (UPB) and Specifications for the Redstone Job Order Contract (JOC) program to support solicitation #W9124P-19-R-A039 and the resulting contract. The proposed new contract will be a one-time purchase of the Unit Price Book (UPB), specifications, and associated software written specifically for the Job Order Contract (JOC) at Redstone Arsenal. The UPB will be developed using current Davis-Bacon wage rates for Madison County, Alabama and local pricing for materials and equipment. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, "From only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) this procurement will be awarded as a sole source requirement.
