Also attached is the Brand Name Just... The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) intends to procure GITOC Repairs Equipment. See attached Product Description for required specifications. Also attached is the Brand Name Justification in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iv). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). IAW FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. RFQ will end at 12:00 pm (CST) on 26 September 2019. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Delivery is FOB Destination, 30 days after the date of contract award.
