Vendor will supply priority technical support, unlimited software upgrades and access to Training Center for a base year with four (4) option years. Period of Performance for the contract is 21 September 2019 to 20 September 2024. Supply needed: -RIO-User LSAP. Qty. 100 -RIO-Records Management LSAP; -Rio Public Portal Dual CPU LSAP; -1 Quick Fields Complete; -1 Laserfiche SDK and -1 Training Center subscription for up to 24 users. Service needed: -Staffed Laserfiche Help Desk 8:00am-5:00pm CST Monday-Friday -In-house expert level knowledge of the following Laserfiche functions: Quick Fields Workflow WebLink Administration Web Access Audit Trail Reporting SDK SharePoint Integration FIPS Compliance -Escalation to Laserfiche Technical Support when unable to resolve within 3 days Updated Product Decription & Performance Work Statment has been uploaded.
