This is a non-personal services contract to provide Portable Chemical Latrines (PCLs) and Hand Washing Stations (HW) on Fort Stewart (FSGA) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia. For the purposes of this contract all references to PCL’s in the PWS shall also include HW, handicap units (ADA compliant) and or latrine/hand wash combination units. Service. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, material, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the rental and service of Portable Chemical Latrines (PCLs) and Hand Washing Stations on Fort Stewart (FSGA) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
