The Army at Fort Stewart, Georgia, intends to award a competitive, unrestricted, firm-fixed-price purchase order for the 3rd Infantry Division G2 Electronic Security System Upgrade. The work includes upgrade, installation, integration, programming, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, and acceptance of electronic security, physical access control, and intrusion-detection capabilities, including integration with existing government systems. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, tools, and resources, and must meet installation-access, personnel-security, technical qualification, and manufacturer authorization requirements. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after award. Award will be made to the responsible quoter with the lowest evaluated total price whose quotation is technically acceptable, under FAR Part 12 commercial and simplified acquisition procedures.
