The government seeks to purchase 400 portable personal dehumidifiers, each compact and relocatable, no taller than 28 inches, in white or black, with 110/120 VAC standard grounded plug requirements. Units must extract at least 50 pints of water per 24 hours and include external drainage with a hose of at least 10 ft, an internal pump for draining to an elevated sink, auto overflow shutoff, handles, and wheels or preferred casters. Products not compliant with the Buy American Act or not from TAA countries will have 50% of the price added as an evaluation factor. Delivery is to Building 1152, 328 Italy Street, Fort Stewart, Georgia 31314, and the same product as quoted must be delivered with no substitutions without prior KO approval. Quotes must include the total delivered price, UEI, make and model with a user manual confirming requirements, a completed and signed Form 1449, and SBA small business certifications.
