The contractor will provide full maintenance, sustainment, and cybersecurity support for the DAQ Electronics Starwatch Security Management System used in the ICIDS program at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. Work includes quarterly preventive maintenance, 24-hour critical emergency repair response, and RMF Authority to Operate sustainment under ICD 705 and UL 2050 standards. Duties involve troubleshooting, repair, replacement of DAQ system components, cybersecurity vulnerability mitigation, and coordination with government security and antiterrorism stakeholders. Personnel must possess TS/SCI eligibility and meet secure-facility access requirements, and the contractor must hold current DAQ Electronics OEM Certification to service Starwatch SMS hardware and software. This requirement supports uninterrupted ICIDS operations and protection of mission-critical facilities.
