Mission and Installation Contracting Command- Fort Stewart, Georgia intends to issue a requirements contract, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), for Railroad Highway Crossing Protection Systems (RHCPS) to provide inspections, Preventative Maintenance (PM), Emergency/Non-emergency Maintenance and Repair along Fort Stewart DOD owned Railroad located in Liberty County, Georgia. A Performance Work Statement will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) option years each twelve (12) months in length. The procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The size standard is $19 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J022. Solicitation number W9124M-24-Q-0004 will be released on or about 24 June 2024, with a closing date on or about 25 July 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency.
