The purpose for this modification is to extend the solicitation offer due date from 10 August 2023 to 3:00PM EST on 17 August 2023 The Contractor shall furnish 40 guest rooms for the event for two con... The purpose for this modification is to extend the solicitation offer due date from 10 August 2023 to 3:00PM EST on 17 August 2023 The Contractor shall furnish 40 guest rooms for the event for two consecutive nights from 22- 24 September 2023 on beachfront location in either South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida that is no further than 150 land miles from Hunter Army Airfield, GA. They shall provide two (2) meeting rooms within same hotel venue as room accommodations. The two (2) meeting rooms shall each be furnished with 15 large round tables, 60 chairs, audio visual capability and water stations. The Contractor shall provide meal vouchers for 15 children and 40 adults for a total of 5 meals per person. The Contractor shall provide a self-parking and amenities package that includes internet access and applicable vehicle fees. The Contractor shall also provide an audio/visual package that includes projector, screen, podium, speakers for laptop, registration table, dry erase board with markers and microphone. The Contractor shall provide a property for event on beachfront location in either South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida that is no further than 150 land miles from Hunter Army Airfield, GA. The Contractor shall provide an event planner expected to be present prior to the start of each event on the final itinerary published by unit.
