See attached SF 1449 as well as PWS Appendices. Pay special attention to addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-1 as well as FAR Provision 52.212-2 for additional information that must be submitted WITH THE QUOTE in addition to the price. Within the PWS please note that any required documents need not be submitted until the TIME OF AWARD.
