This solicitation will now be conducted under the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) approach, pursuant to FAR 15.101-2. Offerors will be evaluated based on compliance with all stated technical requirements at the lowest price. Technically acceptability will be determined on a pass/fail of having the resources to include the boxing ring and personnel to staff and administer the tournament. Any proposal that fails to meet the requirements will not be considered for award. This change aligns with our commitment to ensuring the best value for the government while meeting all performance requirements.
