The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials transportation and supervision necessary to complete each Job Order placed against this IDIQ Contract at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Air Field Georgia in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, each specific statement of work, specifications, and drawings. Individual Job Orders will vary in size and scope. Orders will encompass tasks in a variety of construction and trade areas; such as general carpentry, general plumbing, heating, ventilating and air condition (HVAC) systems, fire suppression systems, general electrical systems, utility distribution systems, concrete construction, road paving systems, storm water systems, concrete masonry unit (CMU) construction, painting, roofing, demolition, and steel construction. All general construction related trade disciplines and managerial positions will be included along with some specialty technicians.
