The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Installation Contracting Office(IOC)- Fort Stewart, Georgia anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) solicitation for furniture and equipemnt for a four(4) story building. Soliciation Number W9124M-19-B-5281 will be available for downloading through the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov on or about January 31,2019. Potentioal Bidders are responsible for monitoring this iste for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Bidders must be registered with System for Award Mangement (SAM.gov) per FAR 52.204-7. The solicitation is 100% set aside for qualifying small business firms under NAICS code 337214 and GSA schedule holders. MICC- Fort stewart is operating a paperless contracting file system. A minimum of one (1) copy of each document submitted to the contrracting office shall be in an electronic format. All submittions shall include one (1) paper copy of each bid. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with Renovate Building 620 Furniture complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items. Provide design coordination, manufacture and installation of 52,220sf of furniture and storage systems for a 4 story building. This is to include general and executive offices as well as cubicles. Storage of vertical and lateral files. Waiting rooms/areas on each floor as well as training and conference rooms. Multiple conference rooms are also libraries. During installation work scope is to include any ancillary data and power installation and connections needed. SITE VSIT: TBD
