The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Installation Contracting Office (IOC)- Fort Stewart, Georgia anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price(FFP) Invitation for Bid (IFB) Solicitation to an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award for Railroad Maintenance and Repair , FS, GA. Solicitation Number W9124M-19-B-0007 will be available for downloading at the FedBizOpps Gov website on or before 30 days; could be earlier/later. A link is provided through FedBizOpps page at www.fbo.gov. Potential Bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the Award Management (sam.gov) per FAR 52.204-7. The Solicitation is 100% set aside for qualifying 8(a) firms under NAICS 237990(Size Standard 36.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $ 5,000,000. Contract performance time is 365 calender days from receipt of Notice to proceed. Information concerning the 8(a) program can be found at http://www.sba.gov/content/8a. MICC- Fort Stewart is operating a paperless contracting file system. A minimum of one copy each document submitted to the contracting office shall be in electronic format. Acceptable formats are PDF, DOC(x), XLS(x),TXT,JPG and XPS. All submissions shall include one (1) Cd with all required documents and one (1) paper copy of each bid. The General Scope of work is a Firm-Fixed Priced work for maintenance and repair services of 22 miles of railroad. The Contractor shall perform requirments of this contract on an "as needed,as funded "Basis. The contractor is to provide all personnel ,equipment, supplies,facilities, transportation ,tools,materials ,supervision ,and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Railroad Maintenance and Repair as defined in the performance work statement .Provide for safe, reliable, and cost effective operation of the Ft. stewart adn Hunter Army Airfield railroad track system.
