DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 1.1 Work to be Done: The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with Removal / Installation of floor covering, complete in strict accordance with specifications subject to the terms and conditions of the contract and as ordered by the Contracting Officer. This is a delivery order style contract in which individual delivery orders will be issued for a specific quantity of work to be performed in specific buildings(s), to be completed in a specific amount of time. All work performed on individual delivery orders will be IAW these specifications. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items: 1.1.1 Remove existing flooring. 1.1.2 Install new carpet, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, rubber and special epoxy coating flooring. 1.1.3 The contractor shall remove and relocate furniture and other personal items that interfere with the installation of floor covering. After completion of work, Contractor shall place all items back in original position. Contractor will not be responsible for moving any computer equipment it will be the user responsibility.
