This is a sources sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation, seeking qualified vendors—particularly small businesses—capable of providing maintenance, emergency repair, and cybersecurity sustainment for the existing DAQ Electronics Starwatch™ Security Management System and Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System. Performance would take place at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia, with an anticipated period of performance of a 12-month base year plus three 12-month option periods, projected to begin around the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. Interested firms must be authorized/certified DAQ Electronics partners or integrators and must hold a valid Top Secret Facility Clearance, with on-site personnel requiring at least Secret clearances and key staff requiring TS/SCI eligibility. The government will use responses to determine its acquisition strategy, which may include a small business set-aside or full-and-open competition.
