This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation number is W9124M-25-Q-A015. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Vendors who are not registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award will not be considered. Vendors may register online at www.SAM.gov. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 Effective June 11, 2025. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 488991 and the Business Size Standard is $34 Million. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of the personal property (including servicing of appliances) of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment, drayage and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM), Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 29 November 2024. The work to be performed will be those services in the Schedules awarded to the contractor as outlined in individual Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) items. The period of performance is 01 September 2025 through 31 August 2026 as the base period with two (2) one - year option periods. There will not be a site visit offered for this solicitation. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and addenda has added to the clause.
