The 2 small... The contractor shall furnish 40 rooms for the event for two nights. These rooms should be family suites and be able to fit up to 6 family members. They shall provide 2 small meeting rooms. The 2 small meeting rooms will be furnished with 10 large round tables, 40 chairs, audio visual capability and water stations. The contractor shall provide 3 meals a day for a total of 5 meals, and include a menu of food options at location prior to award. These meals should be “dine in experience” with a waiter/waitress staff to wait on guests. These meals shall be provided on the premises without guests having to leave the resort for meals. This contractor must be within a 10 mile radius of the LaGrange, GA city limits due to childcare already procured, and paid for in LaGrange. The contractor will provide a self-parking and amenities package that includes: internet access. The contractor will also provide an audio/visual package that includes: projector, screen, podium, speakers for laptop, registration table, dry erase with markers and microphone. The contractor must be registered in SAMS. The resort must have indoor pool/amenities in order for parents to utilize skills learned in training in a practical environment. -See PWS for a detailed description.
