The Agricultural Wash (AGWASH) service is for treatment of equipment (rolling stock and shipping containers) through application of a specific pesticide/insecticide. The service ultimately supports the stevedoring of equipment onto an oceangoing vessel for force projection into United States Army Europe (USAREUR). The service is required for equipment to meet European Union Agricultural and Customs standards. The service provides manpower, handheld equipment, roll-away containment, and chemicals to facilitate treatment; and will be performed from 22 JAN - 12 FEB 2020 at the Fort Stewart Rail and Container Handling yards. Details and deliverables are provided within the Performance Work Statement contained within this combined synopsis solicitation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price type contract award.
