Unison Buy #1008129 Provide Rangers with catering support for meals at a location TBD. 13-18 Jan 20 at 2x locations. Seymour Johnson AFB, NC and Camp Lejeune, NC: 170 meals for Lunch, 170 meals for Dinner, and 170 meals for Midnight Chow at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC per day and 30 meals for Lunch, 30 meals for Dinner, and 30 meals for Midnight Chow at Camp Lejeune, NC per day. Meals will tentatively be delivered IAW with the following schedule: Meal 13-18 Jan 2020 Lunch 1200-1500 Dinner 1800-2100 Midnight Chow 0100-0300 1/75 reserves the right to alter meal schedule; dependent on training timelines. If the facility exceeds the five mile radius then meals must be delivered. Final coordination for delivery of food will be coordinated by 1/75 Exercise Control Group. Contractor will provide their own facility to prepare and cook food at a location TBD. All plates, utensils, transport containers, and cups shall be provided by the contractor. Contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of single use paper products (dishes, cups, utensils, etc.) available to be replenished to permit uninterrupted service. Contractors will be present during meal-hours for kitchen duties, serving of food, and clean-up of kitchen area.
