Background: Task Force 1-28 IN, conducts Cadet Summer Training (CST) at the United States Military Academy (USMA), New York from 15 May-20 August 2019 IOT educate, train, and inspire the current classes within the USMA Corps of Cadets. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the work necessary to effectively support the stated mission objectives and satisfy the commander's intent. The contractor shall provide the required support in accordance with the requirements identified within this document. The mission requires that high quality living space support services be in place to support 450 Soldiers at Camp Natural Bridge, West Point, New York from 15 May - 14 August 2019. These facilities will support 24/7 hour operations. These resources must be outsourced because a sufficient number of permanent living facilities are not available through standard Army equipment inventories. The Contractor shall ensure all tentage and equipment is safe, serviceable and ready for use at each location as outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Objectives: The Government requires the procurement of contracted temporary living space (tents) with flooring, lighting, doors, walls HVAC, Power Generation/Distribution for up to 450 soldiers for the time period described below. On the north side of the Camp; 26 tents are to be set-up over the existing 26 concrete slab bases. Each slab is 17'x34' or (578 sq ft.). Additionally, there is an open, flat, cleared and unimproved section of land that is approximately 40,000 sq ft on the south end of Camp Natural Bridge to set up the remaining tents. The tents and supporting equipment are to be configured to maximize the amount of space available in and around each slab. See Attachment A - Map of Approved Tent Set-Up Sites. The minimal amount of acceptable square footage will be 50 sq ft per Soldier. Tents will be climate controlled by a HVAC system, provide adequate lighting to allow soldiers to inspect and prepare equipment during hours of low visibility, and withstand summer weather conditions common in West Point, NY. The tents and equipment need to be set up between 07-14 May 2019. Facilities are to be maintained as required from 15 May - 14 August 2019, and the tents and equipment need to be de-constructed and removed between 15-20 August 2019. See the PWS for more details The
