This pre-solicitation notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Stewart (MICC-FS), on behalf of the U.S. Army Sustainment Command, in support of Fort Stewart, Georgia, has a requirement for training support to 1st BN, 75th Ranger Regiment. The service is to provide tentage rental and ancillary systems (HVAC, flooring, and power generation) to support activities for 300 personnel at Fort Stewart, GA. The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to support 1st BN, 75th Ranger Regiment in their training cycle. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532289 which includes Tent rental services. The Government anticipates release of solicitation W9124M19R0004 on or about 11 January 2019. The following information is provided in advance of the release of the solicitation: This requirement will result in a Single Award Contract, using a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) business arrangement. The anticipated performance period is 15-26 February 2019. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are responsible for checking the website daily for any changes to the solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Interested parties must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website http://www.sam.gov/.
