This is a requirement to install and upgrade four Audio Visual (AV) Suites on Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF). Collectively, the Suites will operate as Executive Conference Rooms (ECR), Emergency Operations Centers (EOC), Situational Awareness Rooms (SAR) and Truscott Hall ECR and Cubicle Farm Overflow (CFO). The requirement is to install/upgrade hardware and software in existing suites in Bldgs 1237, 709 (FS) and Bldg 7920 (HAAF), and install hardware and software in one new suite in Bldg 7920 (HAAF). The suites will support classified Video Teleconference and classified MS Teams. All four suites will support unclassified MS Teams.
