Please see Attachment 6 - Questions & Answers 4. Additionally, the solicitation due date has been extended to 23 July 2025, 2:00 PM CDT. Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the solicitation due date to 22 July 2025, 2:00 PM CDT due to Government review of industry questions. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this Amendment is to provide answers to questions received regarding the Solicitation. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to provide answers to questions received regarding the Solicitation. Please see Attachment 2 - Questions & Answers. All other terms and conditions remained unchanged. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill, has a requirement from Reynolds Army Health Clinic (RAHC) for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Dry Ice Machine Purchase The Contractor shall provide necessary personnel, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to deliver and install a dry ice machine for Reynolds Army Health Clinic. On site installation with training shall be included. Please see Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics for more details. The Standard North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423740 and the small business size standard in number of employees is 125. The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for small businesses Request for Quote (RFQ). Contract award will be made considering price only and deemed responsive to the terms of the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. All questions are due by 08 July 2025 no later than 2:00 P.M. CDT. All quotes must be submitted by 15 July 2025, 2:00 P.M. CDT. See solicitation for more details. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Contractors may obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://sam.gov/. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote preparation costs. The entire solicitation package will be made available on www.sam.gov website. Request for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website for release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments.
