This Sources Sought is for a seven-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide chemical latrine and handwashing station rentals with daily-to-weekly servicing at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The contractor must supply units, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning, maintenance/repairs, replacements, anchoring as needed, and off-post waste disposal in compliance with regulations. The Government intends to award to a maximum of three local contractors located within a 60-mile radius of Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Emergency delivery may be required with less than 24 hours’ notice, and emergency service calls must be answered within 4 hours.
