Establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement to Support Fort Sill Overflow Off-Post Lodging/Hotel
This is a requirement for a hotel Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide off-post lodging for Soldiers training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, when on-post facilities are full. The performance period is from 22 April 2026 to 21 April 2026, and the work must be performed within a 10-mile radius of Fort Sill in the Lawton, Oklahoma area. The government intends to award a five-year, Firm Fixed Price agreement to a maximum of three small businesses, with award consideration based on distance from Fort Sill and price. The applicable small business size standard is $40 million. Contractors must provide fully-furnished rooms with two beds and specified amenities, including daily cleaning and weekly bed-making.
