The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill, has a requirement from the U.S. Army Garrison for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Non-Personal Services – Custodial Services The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, equipment, facilities, and services required including carpet, tile or grout cleaning, general cleaning, special cleanings, mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning, solid waste collection, restroom cleaning, and various methods of cleaning that would maintain the general cleanliness of approximatley 150 buildings at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The Period of Performance (POP) shall consist of one base period October 1, 2025 – 30 September, 2026 (twelve months), and plus four one-year option periods. There is no guarantee that each option will be exercised. Work shall be conducted in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of contract and commercial practices. The RFP estimated date of issue is on or about 1 July 2025. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered. The Standard North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561720 and the small business size standard is $22 million. The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for small businesses Request for Proposal (RFP). Contract award will be made considering price only. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. Services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, with elements of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Expected award shall consist of one base period of performance (1 October 2025 – 30 September 2026) and four one-year option periods of performance (1 October 2026 – 30 September 2030).
