Dedicated contract account and customer success managers . 24/7 global phone, e-mail, and live chat Technical Support . Shall have a 98% reliability of streaming platform . Optimized user experience through streamlined content management workflows and robust integration capabilities . Scalability to handle thousands and 100s of thousands of concurrent viewers . Flexibility to consolidate and grow into new video use cases (live streaming, corp comms, marketing, etc.) SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following: 1.
