NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (BPAS) WITH LOCAL AREA CONTRACTORS IN THE LAWTON-FOR SILL AREA TO PROVIDE FARRIER SERVICES ON FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA. Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements with local Contractors. Services will consist of shoeing, trimming, corrective shoeing, resetting shoes and emergency farrier services as directed by the requiring activity. Contractor will provide all materials, supplies and tools (including shoes) to perform the requirements of the contract. Contractor shall be experienced in trimming, shoeing, corrective shoeing, and emergency hoof care.
