The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, labor, and any other items and non-personal services necessary to provide complete and full preventive elevator maintenance service at Fort Sill, Oklahoma in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. Complete and full preventive maintenance includes weekly inspection and basic service maintenance, periodic inspections and testing, regular cleaning, and timely response to routine and emergency service calls to include repairing and replacing failed or failing parts on Fort Sill, Oklahoma elevators listed in Technical Exhibit 3 (TE 3), Place of Performance, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Part 5 except for those items specified as Government Furnished Property and Services, Part 3. The Contractor shall accept all elevator equipment and/or parts in their present condition at the start of this contract. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this PWS. For IMCOM facilities and B500, services shall be provided twice per month, totaling 26 visits for the year. For RACH facilities and B1655, services shall be provided weekly, totaling 52 visits for the year.
