This is a Notice of Intent to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA is intended to provide overflow lodging for Soldiers that are in-processing and/or attending training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma Army Post. The distance from Fort Sill to the hotel must be within a 10 mile radius one way trip. Requirement for hotel room(s) will be only after the student bed capacity on Fort Sill has been filled. If a student Soldier has greater than two weeks of training left in thier course and a bed does become available on Fort Sill, the Soldier will be relocated to Fort Sill for the remainder of their training course. Supplies and services may include: Lodging. In Room: television with remote, coffeemaker (to include filters and coffee or coffee packs/pods, cups, sugar/sweetenter, stirrers), hair dryer, and desk in good and safe working order. Wake-up Service. Continental Breakfast. Free access to internet/Wi-Fi for Soldiers. Laundry Room on site and operation for Soldiers to use at their expense. Copier and Fax Services (Personal use of copier and fax services is at the Soldier's expense) Fintness Center. Vending Machine Ice Machine The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to a maximum of three local contractors. The appropriate NAICS code is 721110. Call-outs made against this BPA shall be made only by authorized individuals possessing a Government Purchase Card (GPC) and who are authorized by MICC, Fort Sill. All notifications received within ten (10) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to issue agreements limited to only three (3) qualified vendors located within the 10-mile radius based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is not a request for proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determine the number of interested vendors. The Government is not obligated to, and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. All responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information. Company's full name, address, telephone number, point of contact with email address, and Federal Tax Identification Number. Company's DUNS and Cage Code for proof of Central Contractor's Registration (www.ccr.gov) and System for Award Management (SAM). A statement indicating the offeror's ability to accept payment via Government Credit Card. Company size: small or large, HUBZone, 8(a), SDB, Woman-owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned. Set aside criterea will be considered. Vendor Information Shee/Continuity Statement to include Government Per Diem room rate. Past performance as a Department of Defense (DoD) BPA Vendor for these typed of items. Preference will be given to current and/or previous DoD BPA Agreement holders. DoD BPA holders shall provide current and/or previous BPA Agreement numbers and Point of Contact in the Past Performance information submission.
