The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to pump/clean outside grease interceptors, sand/oil interceptors, and pit latrines as identified in Technical Exhibit (TE) two (2) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to clean outside grease traps at dining facilities; sand traps and oil interceptors at wash racks and car washes; clean and service pit latrines, and recycle water tanks at the truck wash facility at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The Period of Performance (POP) shall consist of one base period April 1, 2020 – 30 September, 2020 (Six months), and plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. There is no guarantee that each option will be exercised. Work shall be conducted in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of contract and commercial practices. The Standard North American Industry 562998 and the small business size standard is $8 million. All offerors shall be required to submit a quote in accordance with the instructions in the forthcoming solicitation. Contractors interested in doing business with the government are required to be registered the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The Government will issue a 100% small business set-aside Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, for Pumping Services. An award will made to the contractor that is most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical and past performance. The entire solicitation package will be made available on the Beta Sam Government (beta.SAM.gov) website at http://www.beta.sam.gov/. Requests for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the BetaSam.gov website for the release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments. The RFQ estimated date of issue is 13 December 2020. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award of a contract. This announcement is not a request for quotes, and does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote/bid/proposal preparation costs.
