The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole source "bridge contract" for Full Food Service with an effective date of 1 April 2019 to the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services (ODRS). The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a) (2), the required food services are available only from the current contractor due to delays in the follow-on contract procurement. This action is support under the Randopph Sheppard Act (R-SA). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310 and the size standard dollars is $38,500,000.00. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS OR A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS and is posted for seven (7) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. However, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received by 18 April 2019 4:00 pm CST, the Government will proceed with the sole source. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is based on this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
