Amendment 0003 The The purpose of this Amendment is to revise Attachment 3 Bid Schedule and to add Attachment 5 Contractor Questions Answer 2. See Solicitation Amendment 0003 W9124L-23-B-0002 for all revsions. Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Evaluation and Award to Addendum 52.212-4 and into Clause 52.217-8. See Solicitation Amendment 0002 W9124L-23-B-0002 for all revisions made. Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment to extend the due date of bid opening to June 2, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. This will allow more time to review all revised documents. Attachment 4- Contractor Questions/ Answers provides answers to Contractor Questions. In addition, revisions have been made to Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement. Clauses 52.245-1, 52.245-9, and 252.211-7007 are not applicable and have been removed from solicitation. Provision 52.219-1 has been added. Errors found in Instructions for Bid Preparation have been corrected. See Solicitation Amendment W9124L-23-B-0002 00001, Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement, and Attachment 4- Contractor Questions/Answers for all revisions made. Non-Personal Services- Bulk Laundry Services The Contractor shall schedule and manage operations to maximize responsiveness, efficiency, and economy to the Fort Sill community. The Contractor shall provide laundry and dry-cleaning services to include labor, supervision, vehicle transportation for pickup and delivery, facilities, equipment, supplies and material (unless designated as Government furnished within this contract) necessary for the performance for bulk and piece rate Customer support at Fort Sill. This contract includes functions, tasks, and responsibilities normally inherent to a Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Facility. The Contractor shall receive, account for, process and return articles tendered for laundry. The Contractor shall establish and maintain a system of record to quantify work performed and shall prepare administrative correspondence and reports incidental to the work covered in this contract. Services shall be performed in compliance with the standards as contained or referenced in this contract. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 812332 is applicable to this acquisition. The applicable size standard is $41.5 million. The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for small business Invitation for Bid (IFB). Contract award will be made considering price only. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. Services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding Acquisition. Expected award shall consist of one base period of performance (1 August 2023 through 31 July 2024) and four - one year option periods of performance. There is no guarantee that any option period of performance will be exercised. The solicitation date of issue is on 27 April 2023. All responsible sources may submit a bid which, if timely received, will be considered. All bids must be submitted by 2 June 2023, 1:00pm CST. See solicitation for Bid Preparation Instructions. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Contractors may obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://sam.gov/. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid preparation costs. The entire solicitation package will be made available on the www.sam.gov website. Request for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website for the release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments.
