This is a notice of intent to sole source a follow-on contract for comprehensive software maintenance and technical support for the Rauland Borg R5 Nurse Call System at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). The contractor will provide all software updates and 24/7/365 telephonic and onsite technical support for the Nurse Call Servers. No submission timelines, budget amounts, or performance location beyond BAMC are specified. The government is not currently seeking competitive bids, but may release a solicitation later on SAM.gov.
